Homes with one kind of central heating, oil, at the 2021 census. They are off the gas grid and buy oil by the tank, at a price no regulator sets. Energy, a month prices their heating with modelled oil use. Figures for 2021, published for 329 councils in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Lowest first: the order says where a council sits, not whether that is good.
