Figures for 2021, published for 329 councils in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Lowest first: the order says where a council sits, not whether that is good.

Lowest: North East Derbyshire, 10%. The council in the middle: Rhondda Cynon Taf, 17.6%. Highest: City of London, 48.3%.
