Agreeing people pull together to improve the neighbourhood. From a survey of about 500 adults in each council, so give or take about five points. Figures for 2024/25, published for 296 councils in England. Lowest first: the order says where a council sits, not whether that is good.
Lowest: Southampton, 39.4%. The council in the middle: Hertsmere, 56.7%. Highest: Isles of Scilly, 87.8%.
