Many of the people, rather than some, a few or none. From a survey of about 500 adults in each council, so give or take about five points. Figures for 2024/25, published for 296 councils in England. Lowest first: the order says where a council sits, not whether that is good.

Lowest: Newham, 15.3%. The council in the middle: Telford and Wrekin, 41.8%. Highest: Isles of Scilly, 87.3%.
